About HaVen Homestead
HaVen Homestead is a small family homestead that finds joy in all our animal babies that we have the honor of raising and loving! We make an effort not to have too many of each animal we breed so that we can spend quality time and attention to each one individually. Not only for their well-being, but also for the benefit of every family that our babies find loving homes with! Feel free to look around at our little family's story and values, as well as our beloved animals.
We raise Miniature Australian Shepherds, Saanen Dairy Goats, and Mini Rex Rabbits
Miniature Australian Shepherds~
Our dogs are socialized with adults and children, health tested, and ASDR registered. And very loved by our family!
Saanens~
We have a very small herd of well bred and ADGA registered Sannens that we absolutely love and anticipate having a few kids every spring.
Mini Rexs~
Our Mini Rexs are mainly just for the joy they bring as pets! We love each and every one of them can't wait for all the colors they will produce!
Our Homestead
How our little family found our home!
HaVen Homestead is a beautiful farmhouse and property set in the quiet backwoods of Fife Lake, Mi. Into this perfect little haven a newly widowed mom and her two little boys moved with all their beloved animals.
But now our family has become whole again!
While previously we were known as Lucy Jeans Miniature Australian Shepherds, we felt the need for a new name. The H and the V represent the two families that became one, as well as the peace we feel here. In the move we also were were given the opportunity to expand all of our animals homes as well as more freedom to breed our animals to help others to either discover or be reminded of why we love them all!
